Martin is a doctor and clinical informatician. He practised medicine in Australia, trained in informatics at Stanford, and spent 4 years at Google and DeepMind building AI products using electronic health records. Martin has published extensively on machine learning with EHRs and co-chaired the world congress on health informatics in 2023. His side hustle is writing middle grade children’s books with his partner.

Lee has more than a decade of senior commercial & operational experience at some of the world’s leading tech companies including DeepMind Health and Google Health. His focus is ensuring Phare Health’s products land successfully at hospitals - as well as keeping his dog tired out.

Tymor has spent his career at the intersection of AI and biomedicine. He is a Large Language Model expert with a PhD in AI from New York University and an MS in biomedical informatics from Stanford. Tymor is a native New Yorker who geeks out on tennis statistics.

Adam lives and breathes healthcare innovation. Previously responsible for driving innovation across some of the NHS’s largest hospitals, he now leads Phare Health’s work and strategy with the UK’s public healthcare provider. Alongside his deep NHS and coding experience, Adam’s mini golf skills constantly show up the rest of the team.

Julie leads product at Phare Health and is passionate about solving healthcare’s most complex problems. She’s led product teams at Babylon Health and Roche across the UK and US. Julie earned her masters and bachelor degrees in Biology & Genetics from Stanford. Julie grew up across 4 countries and loves living in London - mainly because it’s easy to go everywhere else from there.

Jake is one of Phare Health’s engineering gurus - Solving coding mysteries one coffee cup at a time. He has a passion for dissecting complex problems into simple, yet elegant solutions and for finding great spots for team lunches.

Joined Phare Health after a decade at Google. Niels led the Embedded Text-to-Speech team, deploying APIs updates and ML models on 1B+ devices and worked at Google Health on innovative healthcare applications. He is passionate about making healthcare better at Phare Health.

Muna is a Software Engineer holding a Master's degree in Computer Science from UCL, where she developed a keen interest in Health AI. Previously she worked at a consultancy, where she concentrated on developing infrastructure and optimizing team workflows. She holds the Phare Health record for fastest 10K time.
